At Joyful Nature & Yoga, we believe in the healing power of slowing down, forming a relationship to the breath, inviting stillness into the mind and embracing our connection to the body.

Hi, I’m Jennifer Lynn and I’ve spent the last 15 years studying yoga and mindfulness and the profound effects it has on healing.  Through my offering, Joyful Nature & Yoga, I aim to create intentional, sacred and safe spaces that offer practitioners a place to journey inward through embodied movement, sacred circle, creativity, mindfulness and connection.  This journey inward is what has helped me to create conditions in my own life to grow calmer, to gain clarity and to live with a more open heart.  The practice of yoga and mindfulness has offered me more opportunities to respond to and embrace the present moment rather than closing and reacting habitually.  This sets the stage for healing, well-being, a healthier relationship to self and others and ultimately, for evolution.

  • Yoga Offerings

    Gentle, meditative and restorative movement based practices designed to encourage the mind to relax and the body to expand. Classes weave together breathwork, movement and stillness in order to offer a balanced practice and inspire resilience for life in the modern world.

  • Women's Circles

    Women rise when women gather. Women’s circles offer a safe and sacred place for women to be seen, supported, connected and empowered. They are a place to form community, discover your creativity and to reconnect to your own voice and wisdom.

  • Menopause Support

    Menopause Support is a sacred space honoring a woman’s transition through The Menopause. It is a gathering place to share experiences and knowledge, to embrace our cyclical nature and to empower ourselves and others.  Let’s reframe Menopause as a positive opportunity to improve health & well-being
