Since I began studying and teaching yoga and mindfulness in 2012, I’ve seen how these practices create space for calm, clarity and renewal.  They help us meet life with presence instead of reaction, leading to deeper healing and balance.  

My offerings - yoga, breathwork, women’s circles and ceremony - are designed to support your journey inward.  Each one is a safe, intentional space for you to reconnect with your body, mind, heart and spirit.

    A Sacred Space to honor the journey through Menopause.

    The natural transition through menopause is more than a physical change - it’s a deep, transformational passage that touches every part of life. Hot flushes, insomnia, joint pain and shifts in mood and energy are real symptoms, but they are only part of the story.

    Many women also face anxiety, overwhelm or a disconnection from their bodies and communities. It’s a time of letting go of one chapter and stepping into another. Without understanding or support, it can feel confusing, isolating and overwhelming.

    Too often, silence surrounds this natural transition. The lack of compassionate resources leaves women feeling unseen, when what we need most is connection, knowledge and community.

    We have the power to reframe this transition as an opportunity for growth, renewal and well-being. This is not a season to hide - it is a time to be honored
